Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be offered once the purchase has been completed. By purchasing digital products, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.

Workshops & Events

Cancellations and refund requests for workshops must be made at least 20 business days prior to the event to be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 10 and 19 business days before the workshop will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 5 business days before the workshop.

No exceptions will be made to this policy, including for illness, travel issues, or personal emergencies.

Scope of Application

These conditions apply exclusively to purchases made through this website. Individually negotiated agreements or contracts are subject to the specific contractual terms agreed upon between the parties.

By purchasing a product or registering for a workshop, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
