Registration and cancellation

Cancellation and refund requests for workshops must be made at least 20 working days prior to the event to qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 10 and 19 working days prior to the workshop are entitled to a 50% refund.
No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 5 working days before the workshop.
No exceptions will be made to this policy, including in cases of illness, travel problems or personal emergencies.

If another identical workshop is scheduled in the near future, the student's attendance may be postponed on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to decide.

This workshop teaches you to synthesize and represent information through visual protocols.

Using keywords, pictograms and layouts AND active listening, you will learn to capture in real time the content of meetings, workshops or training sessions. The graphic recordings or visual protocols created enhance understanding, stimulate collaboration and provide a clear and impactful visual summary. The workshop fosters spontaneity, confidence and fluidity in the visual restitution of exchanges.

• produce clear and engaging visual reports
