Frequently asked questions - FAQ
"Do I need to know HOW TO DRAW to use visual facilitation?"
If you can write, you can draw! By taking part in my workshops, either online or in person, you'll quickly discover that you have the ability to communicate with inspiring visuals.
What’s included in my workshop offer?
A phone call or personal contact will help me understand your needs and create a tailored offer with the exact dates and details for your event. My pack will include handouts, material, travelcosts and my service.
How is a graphic recording organized?
Before your event, we’ll align on session content and objectives. Should the graphic recording serve as a live discussion summary or a visual protocol for future work? I can create it live on large paper walls or digitally. Once the framework is set, I will prepare myself to be able to capture your key ideas, discussions, and the atmosphere in a visually engaging way during your event.
How is a World Café organized?
A World Café is organized as follows:
- Define the Purpose: Clearly establish the objective of the discussion.
- Set the Environment: Create a café-like atmosphere with small tables, decorations, and snacks.
- Form Small Groups: Divide participants into groups of 4-6 people at each table.
- Pose Key Questions: Prepare open-ended, thought-provoking questions for discussion.
- Rotate Participants: After a set time (e.g., 20 minutes), participants switch tables while a "table host" stays to summarize the discussion for newcomers.
- Harvest Insights: At the end, gather key ideas from each table and share them with the larger group.
This method encourages collaborative dialogue and idea generation.
What is the budget for an intervention?
My offers will be packed in an all-inclusive rate that covers besides my intervention, my expenses and preparation time. The pricing is in line with industry standards for specialized trainers and consultants.
