Registration and cancellation
Cancellation and refund requests for workshops must be made at least 20 working days prior to the event to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 10 and 19 working days prior to the workshop are entitled to a 50% refund.
No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 5 working days before the workshop.
No exceptions will be made to this policy, including in cases of illness, travel problems or personal emergencies.
If another identical workshop is scheduled in the near future, the student's attendance may be postponed on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to decide.

Once you've purchased the course you'd like to take, you'll receive a first confirmation email. A few days later, you'll receive a second email with all the details of the course you've chosen, such as the address, and so on.
